Holiday Shores Motel Policies

Check-in Policies

  • Guests may check in after 4:00 PM and must check out before 11:00 AM.
  • A valid major credit card and photo identification are required at check-in.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to check in.

Payment & Deposit Policies

  • An advance deposit of one night’s lodging is required, balance payable upon arrival.
  • Room rates are based on two adults per bedroom. For additional guests over 12, add $10.00 per day. For additional children under 12, add $3.00 per day.
  • A deposit of $150.00 per person is required on golf packages.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • No personal checks will be accepted for payment of account.

Fees, Surcharges & Taxes

  • A weekend surcharge of $15.00 is applied for Friday and Saturday nights.
  • All stays are subject to a $4.50, plus tax, per night access fee.
  • Rates are subject to 13% sales and local taxes and a Resort Fee of 1.5%.
  • A $10.00 per night fee applies for the use of roll-away beds.

The taxes, service charges and value added tax shown on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Advance deposits are non-refundable.
  • A Date Change Fee* of $20.00 will apply for each date change.
  • An Early Departure Fee* will be applied to any reservation departing earlier than the registered date of departure at time of check-in. This fee will range from $50.00-$150.00 based on seasonality and room type.

*If a package rate requires a minimum length of stay, the minimum stay must still be met after any date changes or the rate will be recalculated at current Standard Rate before applying the fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Parking Policies

  • 1 Bedroom rentals and smaller will receive 1 parking pass at check-in.
  • 2 Bedroom rentals and larger will receive 2 parking passes at check-in.

Housekeeping

Nightly Reservations

  • Towel and trash service is provided daily.
  • A Full Service Clean will be performed every third night on reservations of five nights or longer including fresh bed sheets, making of beds, floor sweep, vacuum, bathroom cleaning and kitchen cleaning if applicable.
  • Stays of seven, ten or thirteen nights will receive the first Full Service Clean on the fourth night and resume every third night thereafter.
  • Daily Full Service Cleaning may be requested at the front desk for an additional charge.

Weekly and Monthly Reservations

  • Weekly and Monthly rates do not include daily housekeeping services. Daily housekeeping may be added for an additional charge.
  • One set of sheets and two sets of towels per bed are provided at check-in. Towel exchange will be provided upon request.
  • One Full Service Clean is provided per week, as assigned by the front desk at check-in, for all monthly stays and any weekly stays of eight nights or longer.

Smoking Policies

  • We are a smoke-free and tobacco-free motel. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas.
  • As a courtesy to other guests and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizors, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is also prohibited.
  • Violation of this policy will result in a minimum $150.00 cleaning fee and/or eviction of stay.

Pet Policy

  • Currently we only accept select breeds of dog only (we currently do not accept Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Boxer, German Shepherd, or Chow breeds). Other pets such as cats, birds, and reptiles are not allowed.
  • A Pet Fee of $15.00, plus tax, per night/per pet will be added to your reservation.
  • One pet per room.
  • 20 lb. weight limit.
  • Carriers are recommended in the event you must leave your dog alone in the guest room.
  • Pets must be on a leash when in public areas of the motel and are not allowed in the pool areas.
  • All ADA recognized service animals are always welcome.
